  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs


  • Netherlands: €3.95 (Free shipping on orders over €35)

  • Belgium & Germany: €6.95 (Free shipping on orders over €50)

  • Other EU countries: Calculated at checkout

  • Outside the EU: Calculated at checkout, based on weight and destination

The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order total.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package until delivery.

If You’re Not Home

If you’re not home during delivery, the carrier may deliver your package to a neighbor or bring it to a nearby pick-up point. You will be notified by email or via a note in your mailbox.

Delayed or Lost Packages
