At Essenza Tradizionale, we value satisfied customers.
Something wrong with your purchase? No problem. You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Right of Withdrawal

After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product.
Once we receive your return in good condition, you will receive a full refund, including any original shipping costs.
Only the return shipping costs from your home to us are at your expense. Please check your chosen carrier’s website for exact rates.

We will refund the amount due within 30 days of your return notification, provided the product has been returned in good order.

Return Conditions


  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and, if possible, returned in its original packaging.

  • Include the original invoice or order confirmation in your return package.

  • Products showing signs of use or no longer suitable for resale may be refused or only partially refunded.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following products cannot be returned:


  • Opened or used grooming products (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
